PROJECT PIPELINE

Overview

I am currently working on my second EHR project and am thrilled to share that another is already in the pipeline. To ensure project integrity, I will withhold specific details until both projects reach more advanced stages. This is an exciting time in my professional career, and I’m embracing the newfound autonomy with enthusiasm.

Delivery

• I am leading the build, test, and training phases, actively managing customer caseloads and overseeing key milestones, including prototyping, integrated testing, user acceptance testing, and super-user training.

• In my upcoming project, I will be appointed as the Lead Project Manager on behalf of my organization, taking on a similar role to my current projects with some additional admin responsibilities.
