Overview

I have successfully led the end-to-end implementation of payroll solutions for a range of SMEs, mainly focusing on replacing legacy SAGE configurations.

Delivery

• Served as the primary liaison for the client throughout the project life cycle. This involved working day to day with the client’s Payroll, DP and project operations teams. Over €150,000 in ARR successfully delivered.

• Established objectives, organizational structures, risk assessments, and detailed timelines, incorporating escalation plans and current state analysis.

• Supported key phases such as UAT, parallel runs, go-live and post-live optimization with dedicated technical resources

• Ongoing collaboration with the DevOps team to deliver ISO-9001-compliant software components, ensuring the customer is well-informed at every stage of the ITIL service transition.
